Description

PLA Type 59 2 Chinese Medium Tank 1:35 Scale Model assembly kit by Trumpeter of China.

Realistic scale model kit depicting the Type 59 II PLA medium tank designed in 1959. The Type 59 has been used in numerous conflicts: in North Korea against Western tanks in the Korean war, the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971, the Iran-Iraq wars, the 1st 1991 Gulf War, Sudanese civil war. It was 4 Type 59 tanks that were blocked in the iconic 1989 Tiananmen square protest.
